The electromechanical automation LIVI 502 is the motor with arm able to move large gates having leaves up to 4 metres long and weighing up to 400 kg.
The LIVI 502 arm automation moves very heavy residential swing gates. This is a powerful motor, which is particularly suitable for being installed on large pillars. When the gate is heavy but there is little space for the motor, the vertical bracket is available to allow LIVI 502 to be fixed perpendicularly to the pillar.
The LIVI 502 is a motor with a slide arm, therefore perfect for when the manoeuvring space is minimal. During the opening and closing movement of the leaf, the arm remains inside the track and exploits the reduced space available.
The LIVI 502 motor for swinging gates is robust because it is made of solid materials, resistant to mechanical and time wear, such as iron and bronze used for internal mechanisms. A guarantee of quality that never lets you down.
In case of power failure, it is possible enter or exit, by quickly unlocking the automation mechanism and open the gate manually from the inside using the special key provided. The LIVI 502 is also equipped with an external control panel in case or maintenance, the control panel can be easily reached to conveniently carry out necessary operations.
Some versions of the LIVI 502 can be equipped with a movement reading system using magnetic or digital encoder. A mechanism that makes the automation safer and more precise. The card controls the movement of the gate, detects the presence of obstacles and, when it finds them, reverses the direction of travel. In addition to external safety accessories such as photocells and safety edges, the encoder makes the gate even more reliable.
